- Transaction data — the escrow deals you create or join, amounts, messages with counterparties and wallet activity.
- Device & usage data — basic technical information needed to operate the app securely.

- To operate escrow transactions and settle funds.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud and money laundering.
- To secure your account (email verification, two-factor authentication, biometric unlock).
- To provide support and send service-related communications.
4. Sharing
We share only what is necessary: with counterparties to a transaction (limited to what the deal requires), with payment and custody partners to settle funds, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and authentication safeguards including optional two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
